Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed pityriasis versicolor.
It's a fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
Tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for 4 weeks and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month should give you relief.
You might require a prescription for this.
