Question : Is it normal if my Penis look like this, I asked before and was told it was an infection, I haven't taken any medication and it's been like this for weeks, recently the dots appears, no medication was taken, sometime they are more white and less flat

I have gone through your query and picture. It can be most likely fungal (yeast) infection and irritation. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. Instead you can use saline or warm water for washing.
Using ointments or creams containing combination of anti fungal agents like Miconazole and corticosteroids like Hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful. This is available in brands like daktarin.

Hi, I asked another doctor on this app, and they say it could be std and I need to check it out, however I only have unprotected oral sex, do you think it could be a STD?

Some STDs can spread through oral sex also even though it is rare. Usually it is herpes 1. You can go for herpes 1 and 2 blood test to rule out herpes. Urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea will be helpful to rule out those also. Syphilis can be ruled out by doing VDRL blood test. These are other possible STDs from oral sex even though very rare.

But your description and picture it looks more like yeast infection.

You can ask follow up or send picture any time. Treatment won't be expensive. If any of these tests are positive except herpes a course of antibiotic will help to recover. A course of doxycycline antibiotic is usually enough. In case of herpes acyclovir cream for local application and oral valacyclovir will be helpful. These are not expensive.
