Brief Answer:
Considerations.

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

It is possible that the increased gas production maybe related to your diet. You might try decreasing consumption of dairy products. This would lead to a change in your symptoms within a week or so.

In addition you can try and over-the-counter medication called simethicone. You can use this every 4 to 6 hours as needed and should provide significant relief.

Try to pay attention to your diet and see if there are certain foods that you consume that seem to cause more symptoms.

if changing your diet does not help then I would suggest that you talk to your doctor about seeing a gastroenterologist for further discussion.

Thanks again for the query.

Sincerely,

Dr Galamaga
