Question : I am 31 year old and I have dandruff problem. due to which I also face hair fall problem.I tried different shampoos. but dandruff do not go. please help.

Hi,
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

For dandruff I generally recommend my patients to use Ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and apply a lotion containing steroid antifungal combination like Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole combination lotion on the flaky and itchy areas of the scalp twice daily.

In patients complaining of itching, I'd recommend them to take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10mg once daily at night for 2-3 weeks or till it subsides.

For hair loss, I usually recommend hair supplements to my patients like tablet follihair A or tablet hairbless once daily.
