In my opinion you could be suffering from a bacterial chest infection as you are bringing out greenish phlegm.
You could also be having a sinus infection simultaneously as you are feeling heavy in the head.
I suggest you take a course of antibiotics. A suitable antibiotic for a chest infection is azithromycin 500 mg a day for 3 days along with some symptomatic treatment like tab cetrizine and paracetamol.
Take steam inhalation, adequate fluids and rest.
