
Suggest Remedies For Head And Neck Aches After Blood Donation

Question: Hello. for the first time I gave blood for donation on Saturday. that day I was feeling ok but from Monday when I look at the phone my vision does not seem to be right and also computer. I think my body is still adjusting against low hb count. how can I improve this as till today I feel the same and getting mild head and neck aches.
