Hello -

Sorry about the headache. If you have tried ibuprofen and it hasn't helped, and if this is a new type of headache for you, or different in nature from previous headaches, you should go in to urgent care or ER.

Headaches can be caused by different things - tension headaches from stress, involving the muscles of the head; migraine headaches which can cause nausea; and other causes.

But if a headache is new in nature or more severe, then it's important to go in to make sure it isn't something worse.
