Question : I just had my second mirena removed after a span of 10 years and currently bleeding heavy with clots and bad cramping should I get another IUD?

Yes mam, in my opinion you need another IUD as in some patients menopause occurs at later age.
Before getting next IUD get a transvaginal ultrasound done and see for endometrial thickness and ovarian status.
