Suggest Remedies For High Cholestrol, High BP And Rapid Heart Rate

Question: Hi,
I am facing problem of High Cholestrol(260) and High BP (140/100) from few days.
I am on medication for Cholestrol(rosuvas 20) and BP(Omeltime-H 25).

My heart rate usually remains around 100 bps all the time. Just want to check if there are any thing I can do to lower down the heart rate.

I presume you might have had investigations…
Increased pressure at this age needs more investigations - kidney function (Blood test and Ultrasonography) / electrolytes / base line ECG & ECHOcardiography

Specifically, because of higher heart rate, we generally test Thyroid function (free T-4 & sensitive TSH) / and adrenals (Ultrasound; serum catechol amines, urine VMA) – they can raise both the heart rate and blood pressure…

If no clues are found, we generally add a beta blocker (like atenolol) / or substitute the diuretic (H in your combination) – Olmetime-H is a combination of 2 drugs - Olmesartan & hydrochlorothiazide

Keep following up with your physician / or a cardiologist / or nephrologist – they are specialists in the field…
