Question : hi, I took a metoprolol tartrate 25 mg yesterday at 6 pm. I take succinate daily as well...50 mg. I'm still feeling a little jumpy heart rate. is it too soon to take another 25 mg of tartrate. Is 10 am here. YYYY@YYYY

You have atrial fibrillation and your doctor has been reducing your dose of metoprolol but today your heart rate is still high. You can go ahead and take another metoprolol today to help reduce your heart rate. I would also recommend drinking extra fluids today since you over exerted yourself yesterday and you may be dehydrated. If your heart rate does not calm down then you should call your medical provider for additional instructions
