Question : I take 10 mg of cilatrapam but I have horrible hot flashes. Can I take more?

Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Citalopram is a SSRI antidepressant drug. If your symptoms like hot flashes are persistent at 10 mg dose then the dose can be increased. Avoid using dose of more than 20 mg per day. 10-20 mg is fine considering your age.
