Question : Hello,

I have been trying to conceive for more than a year.I have my prolactin level at 34 ng/ml on day 2.please let me know the next course of action and if this is the reason for not being able to conceive.

greetings.
Your prolactin level is slightly high. Do you have any secretions from your nipple ? is your menses regular ?
You will need cabergolin 0.25 mg weekly twice for 2 months and prolactin has to be repeated.
Fertility evaluation start with semen analysis. so please do that first. Then confirm your regular menses and an ultrasound on day 2 of your menses cycles to know the follicular count. Can you update everything to me so that I can guide you further.
