At this point, there is no abscess build, just tissues inflammation. The best you can do right now is to shave this area, wash it with water and soap and keep it dry. Wear loose underwear.
If you have an access to Octenilin antiseptic or any other antiseptic, you can use it to wash it.
Antibitoic is not necessary at this point. If an abscess will be build (so you can see white head), it should be drained with a needle.
