Brief Answer:
Inflammation behind the front teeth..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have examined your the images that you have sent and it looks like inflammation that can be either due to injury with some hard food or any other hard thing, or it can be due to burning with hard foods..
It however does not seems to be anything serious..
You can apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over it.
Gels like Oragel, mucopain gel etc can be bought..
Do cool water rinses or suck ice to reduce inflammation and pain..
Also do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
Brush teeth gently..

Her wisdom teeth are appearing to erupt so if there is some pain then taking painkillers like Ibuprofen and doing warm saline gargles can help..
Keep the area clean..

Please revert back for more queries..

Hope this helps.

Regards..
