Question : I have ingrown hairs on my legs and also bumps on my arms and reddish ones on my back what would help with this

Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I an dr. Kakkar(dermatologist). I have reviewed image.

You seem to have keratosis pilaris.

I would suggest you to apply benzoyl peroxide 5% gel, twice daily. In addition I would also suggest an oral antibiotic e.g Doxycycline 100mg capsule twice daily. These are prescription drugs and i suggest you to use them under supervision of a doctor in your vicinity.
