                                    Brief Answer:
allay your fear
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
Vitamin B12 deficiency leads to insomnia in most of the individuals.
As your Vitamin D also is lower which leads to low bone density which in turn
leads to poor sleep.
Take Meconeuron and calcium supplements recommended by your doctor.
I would not recommend any sedatives in your case, because it may lead to
loss of coordination and drowsiness.
Drink plenty of water at least 4-5litrs per day.
Avoid fatty diet, carbonated drinks, alcohol if any.
Take lot of fruits and boiled vegetables.
Regards,
Dr VSK

Thank you sir for your quick reply. The test was a part of complete health check-up, eight months back. Shall I get the tests done once again. Shall I get hormonal imbalance check up done?
I am generally active. I do yoga/play some sport/go to gym for 45 minutes (atleast 3-5 days a week). My height is 6'11'' & weight is around 82-84 kg, and I am careful of what I eat. I do not smoke, & drink alcohol very occassionally.
Still once or twice my BP was on a higher side. I fail to understand the reason.

Hi,
Thank you for follow up.
You need to check your Vit D and Vit B12 levels after 6 months.
You can go for walking and yoga, but do it in moderate way.
I don't recommend gym because in your case it can lead to osteoporotic fractures, as your bone density is less. You can even take sesame powder daily.
Anxiety, stress can lead to high BP.
R u really 6'11?

Your question is apt :) it was a typo error. I am 5'11''
I will start taking sesame seed. Currently I consume dried pumpkin seed & flex seed.
