Brief Answer:
Reports needed and pregnancy test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health issue and anxiety about it.
Your gynaecologist is right in saying that being overweight is the reason for irregular periods.
But no bleeding even after withdrawal of meparate is not very common and is indeed not a good sign either.
In the first place do a urine pregnancy test as at times an unrecognised pregnancy can also cause such a situation.
And please upload the reports as said which are not attached with your query yet
Also I would like to know the dose and frequency of meparate you took.
waiting for your response
Regards
Dr Manisha Jain

Brief Answer:
Higher dose of meparate required
Detailed Answer:
You have a feature to upload the reports by yourself on the right side of this query page. Please utilize it. Alternatively, mail it to YYYY@YYYY subject line as 'attention to Dr. Manisha Jain'.
I'm sorry in case you felt offended but pregnancy is the commonest of failure of withdrawal of periods even after meparate.
You took lesser dose of meparate dear, take it 5 mg three times a day for 3 days and on leaving it you will surely get your periods if everything is fine with the endometrium and ovaries.
Also I would like to see your reports.
Take care

Already uploaded the report.please suggest somethings and be assure that it's not a case related to pregnancy. So what can be the cause and what can be the solution. Kindly help me out.
Brief Answer:
Take fresh course of meparate
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, sorry for the delay in response as I was struck in some emergency.
I have seen the attached image.
You took lesser dose of meparate and thus had inadequate stimulus for withdrawal.
Take meparate as advised and in case you still don't get periods then we will investigate further.
Just let me know when you get your periods which should come within 1 week of stopping the course of meparate.
As in case you fail to get periods even then I will advise you to get TSH, FSH, LH, serum prolactin and blood sugar levels.
All the best.
