I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

If this is the first time your periods are delayed, then you need not worry. Occasionally a period can be delayed and this is normal. Take Progesterone (Provera or Primolut N) 10mg daily for 5 days. You will start your period within a week of completing the course of tablets.

If you have been having irregular periods for quite some time, I need some more details so that I can help you better.

Since when you have irregular cycles? You get period once in how many days. How long it lasts?
What is your current BMI ?
Do you have any excessive hair growth on the chin, face etc?
Is there any milk secretion from the breasts ?
Do you have any other medical problems?

Hi the problem is ineed generic tablet, i am living at canada, without prescription they wont provide any medicine i think

The generic name is Progesterone.
Since this is a hormone, you may not get it without prescription in Canada.

Just wait for 2-3 weeks. You may start your period spontaneously. There is no harm in waiting.
