Its been erect for hours now and I don't know what to do. I haven't tried anything

Ischemic priampism suspected,go to ER to get helped

Hi back,
If erection lasted more than 6 hours, you need medical intervention then. Possibly ischemic priampism (blood not getting drained from penis). Go to ER as you need to drain blood with the help of medical team.
