Question : Hi Doctor I have itching all of my body with stinging and feel burning even inside my nose and ear I tried all anthihistamine and cream but they didn't work what supplement do you recommend thank you XXXXXXX

A combination of sedating antihistamine like benadryl in night and non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine in day is usually helpful.
Take methylcobalamine tanlet along with this.
