Question : Hi. For the past days i've having an itching sensation around my anus and the entrance. What should i do?

What you are describing seem either like a fungal infection of the anal area, or a parasite infection.
If you have used antibiotics lately, then it is most probably a fungal infection.
If not, then you should consider doing a ova and parasite analyse in the stool, to see if you have parasites. That depending on the result you may been treatment.
Either way, the best would be to consider a anal.rectal examination, especially if the problem persists.
