Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.
Vaginal itching is not a known side effect of iced tea. There is no mention in the literature about this side effect.
The reason for vaginal itching in your case could be the following.
1. Age related low estrogens in the body can cause itching
2. Vaginal infection- Do you have vaginal discharge.
It is possible that you may be relating it to iced tea.
3. Allergy to components of iced tea-This is a remote possibility. Stop iced tea for two weeks and see. If vaginal itching disappears, then it is due to allergy.
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The groin itching is not related to the lymph nodes. As I said before, stop iced tea for two weeks and see.
If the itching still persists, then you probably have fungal infection. Use any over the counter anti fungal ointment ( Lotrimin, Micatin) twice daily for a week and see.
Do you have diabetes? If so it is important that it is under control. As even diabetes can cause this itching.
Please use loose cotton undergarments.
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
