Brief Answer:
Precautions advised .

Detailed Answer:
DISCHARGE and ITCHING

Hello dear, welcome to HCM, I understand your health issue. yes it s ok to use talcum powder near the vagina . but I think that
It is most probably due to yeast infection, take a note of the following -
- wear a cotton based underwear and change it regularly.
- wash perineal region with vWash liquid after bath
- use condom while having sex if married.
- apply candid - B ointment twice a day for 7 days or till itching persists.
- get your blood sugar levels checked

Do you also have any sort of discharge from the vagina , if yes then is it foul smelling? Regards Dr Manisha Jain. OBGY SPECIALIST.
