Brief Answer:
Candidal balanoposthitis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back...

Thanks for answers and photos..

Your wife was having candidal vulvovaginitis, as you gave history of white discharge. And that may be responsible for your problem. So, I deeply feel that most probably you may be having chronic candidal balanoposthitis. This is an infection caused by fungus called Candida albicans. It seems that the skin lesions may be mild, but irritation and itching are there, which cause embarrassment. So, kindly relax and follow as below...

- antifungal cream like clotrimazole or secnidazole cream may be applied twice a day. Avoid steroid cream, which might exacerbate the disease.
- antifungal tablets like Ketoconazole twice a day for one to two months
- antihistaminics like Levocetirizine 10mg Once Daily at night till itching is relieved.
- Sitz bath in water tub mixed with few drops of Dettol
- avoid Soap bath
- take immunomodulator like LEVAMISOLE 150mg twice a week
- Tab. Fluconazole 300 mg twice a week may be given to your wife for few weeks

Kindly take treatment under observation of dermatologist.

I hope this would help you. If any query still, you may ask.

Wishing you early recovery.

Thanks.
