Brief Answer:
possible side effects from medication

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have reflex sympathetic dystrophy. This is a complex and difficult to treat disease. Your symptoms could be related ti the RSD but it could more than likely be from your medications. gabapentin and amitriptyline both can cause dizziness, dry mouth hypotension and fatigue. I would recommend talking with your neurologist and see if a medication change may help you dizziness and fatigue.

Your blood pressure is only slightly high and is not the cause of your feeling poorly.

I do not know how the inflammation on your MRI means and that should also be discussed with your neurologist. Inflammation of the brain is very nonspecific and needs additional exam and data to really explain why you have inflammation.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

Brief Answer:
RSD unknown cause

Detailed Answer:
We are not sure what causes RSD. Usually RSD is limited to one extremity or area of the body. It does not usually spread to other areas though the area affected is quite painful and disabling. Sometimes compression stockings custom fit for the are will also help with the pain.

I am deeply sorry that you have to endure this condition. Stay positive and listen to your doctor's advice.
