Question : My bp was105/69 today. My bp has been low the past few days. What should i do?

Now my bp is 123/82. Is that better? My arms have been numb for the past few days. Dont know if it is due to low bp.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your BP now is normal. Do increase your fluid intake specially electrolyte rich fluids. The numbness can be due to decreased blood circulation in fingers due to low blood pressure.
