Stop the offending drug.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
If you have leucopenia then first you have to search the cause whether it is due to medication or other cause like infection.

You have to identify the drug that causes leucopenia. Then you should stop the offending drug.

If leucopenia is severe then G-CSF can be given.
