Question : hi, my father heart ejection fraction is too low it is 20%, yesterday he has affected by fits, then he has not speak well and also not walking well, please suggest your advice how to improve this problem..

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The ejection fraction is quite low and may indicate heart failure as indicated by the LV dysfunction mentioned in the echocardiogram report that you have attached. Medicines are needed to manage the amount of load on the heart as well as to improve the contractility. There is a class of drugs called beta blockers (includes metoprolol and bisoprolol) which may be given after discussing with his cardiologist.

The fits do not seem related and need a proper workup. I do not see any other reports (other than the echocardiogram).
