Question: I have lumbar stenosis and arthritis. I am in constant pain. I have tried injections and radio frequency ablutions. I am desperate for help. I am bed ridden most of the time, deeply depressed and having a genitalia muscle spasm that I don't understand. Any advice?

Brief Answer:
Decompressive spinal surgery to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Spinal canal stenosis should be considered to be treated surgically with decompression and stabilization in cases such yours when conservative treatment possibilities are exhausted.

Muscle spasms may be caused by nerves compression.

If you could provide imaging studies results or DICOM images, I can get a correct understanding and can give you a more comprehensive guidance.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
