Question : I'm looking for something that will help with mental focusing and productivity and patience. It's always affected my schoolwork, work, relationships and never seem to follow through with anything all the way.

I can understand your concern. Poor focus, poor concentration, reduced productivity could occur in a number of conditions. Adult attention deficit disorder, mild to moderate depression, anxiety disorders, vitamin deficiency especially low vitamin B12 and E etc could be the possible reasons.
The response with adderall was poor so grossly ADD can be ruled out.
Yes, Xanax can help to sleep and should reduce the restlessness. This should improve the focus in day time. But for depression and anxiety drugs like SSRIs should be used. Escitalopram or Fluoxetine can be used to improve the focus, concentration and productivity. Please contact a doctor for help on this and proper evaluation.
Roxycodon is an opioid and I will not advised you to go with this drug. This drug will make you dependent and will prove harmful in longterm. The drug is a controlled drug and is not easy to get prescription of this drug.
