Suggest Remedies For Mild Dizziness And Body Tremors In An Obese Person

Question: Hello my whole body feels completely light when I walk I feel like im going to fall over I weigh about 160 pounds but feel like im thirty my legs feel really weak and I have this weakness 24/7 these feeling started about two months ago and than I started getting treatment with buspirone and Zoloft about two weeks ago and it seemed like these feelings were diminishing, my panic attacks even went away, but around day twevlve my mild dizziness and weakness came back full blown I get shakey and light headed during sex mild exersicise and masterbate. ive had chest ct ekg brain ct and mri echocardiogram celiac test toxic metal test blood sugar test all normal carotid duplex normal. only abnormal results were low b12 450 and vitamin d 15.6ml cortisol pm test was 22.9 also have had sevral complete blood count test. I have kyphosis 9- degree curve and lordosis in my neck and lumbar spine and mild petcus excavanum/ I do have mild vision changes that come and go when looking and moving my eyes. whats goingon here? wju is my body feeling so light? wjy cant I walk? I also get a headache in back of my head that comes and goes but all the time.balance 24/7 I also feel it when im laying down my whole body feel weightless

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

This feeling of lightness in general can have many explanations, neurological conditions, heart conditions, metabolic abnormalities etc. The good news in your case is that your doctors seem to have conducted some thorough testing from what you describe which fortunately is normal. I understand that may sound frustrating not to be given an identifiable cause, but since some of those conditions are chronic and disabling I would be much relieved about that.

In my opinion given the normal tests I believe the sensations you describe to be of a psychological origin, in the setting of the anxiety disorder you have been diagnosed with. The headache in the back of the head are common with anxiety and depression which are associated with tension type headache.

So for the moment I would give buspirone and zoloft some more time, at least a few weeks. They are medications which do need several weeks to achieve full effect. Also apart from medication psychotherapy is recommended in anxiety disorders, it is an important part of treatment along with the drugs.
