Question : My grandson 11 years old playing football got his head smacked this morning around 9am. NYC.

Examination findings are also normal.
Is there any history of loss of consciousness ,seizures, bleeding via ear or nose?
Mild headache, dizziness or vertigo may persist after head injury.
