Brief Answer:
A photo of his mouth is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I read your message carefully and understood your concern.

If you can send me a photo of your baby mouth it would be great because I need to see those blisters in order to determine the cause and what to do next.
Does your baby have other symptoms? Eg. blisters in other parts of his body?

It can be a viral infection, allergy, bacterial infection. Candida overgrowth of GI tract is very common for babies.

Looking forward to have your baby photo and other detail.
