Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Did to abnormal sleeping position in the Bus your have developed muscle spasm of the shoulder girdle.
Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. Avoid bending neck forward, turning neck to uncomfortable position, using thick pillow, or carrying weights.
Do get physiotherapy in the form of Neck extension exercises and TENS therapy which will immensely help you. Your problem should subside in a week.
