Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxants and cervical neck exercises will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached report. There are only mild changes in the cervical spine mild disc bulge at C3-4 level. The spondylosis is causing headache.
Treatment includes
1. Use of cervical collar helps in immobilisation and brings relief.
2. Medical drugs like pain killers - acetaminophen/ibuprofen and muscle relaxants might be helpful.
3. Methylcobalamin supplements are also recommended for nerve compression symptoms.
4. Cervical isometric exercises are beneficial to maintain the strength of the neck muscles. Neck and upper back stretching exercises, as well as light aerobic activities, also are recommended under the guidance of a physical therapist.
5. Hot fomentation helps in relieving acute symptoms.
6. You can avoid using a pillow.
Avoid prolonged sitting / leaning forward/ 2 wheeler driving for long distances.

A course of Muscle relaxants, interferential therapy (IFT) and/or Intermittent Cervical Traction (ICT) for a week followed by exercises will help you.

I hope this answers your query.

I am 31 years of age. If I follow your mentioned advises then will I lead completely pain less life through out? Also will my headache be completely cured? I also have frequent acidity problem though I maintain proper diet. Can this cervical spondylosis may be a reason for that acidity?

Brief Answer:
It will decrease further progression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Following the above mentioned advises will prevent further progression of the problem and pain relief for the time being. Regular exercises will help in having few pain free years. You will gradually get rid of headache also once the disc bulge decreases.
The acidity is not due to cervical spondylosis. It can be aggravated by taking pain killers. You need to take proper medicines and avoid hot and spicy food to decrease the acidity.
Hope my answer is helpful.
