Suggest Remedies For Night Tremors After Stopping Medication

Question: i want to inform you that some days ago i have stopped the medicine and i strated facing some problem in my sleep and night Tremor are occurring.I couldnt sleep a sound sleep it getting disturbed for night tremor..what should i do now ishould carry the same madicine or change something others.

The problem in sleep and night tremors could be due to stress, anxiety or due to medicine you are taking. After stopping these drugs, such symptoms can happen due to withdrawal symptoms also. It is best to consult your physician or better a neurophysician for a physical examination and start with some low dose anti anxiety to have relief.
