Question : I fell onto my lower back up about 4 feet, my lower left back hit first onto a metal edge surface (a metal cart) and then to the ground, I was climbing up to an aircraft cargo and slipped on freezing slippery surface, right after when it happened I lost my breathe and comprehension of my surroundings, after I gained back my breath and onto my feet, I felt sore on my lower back and somewhat numb on my left leg and arm, then started to swell sometime after, but the numbness went away on my leg and arm, but is still somewhat numb on the point of impact on my back, I took 2 extra strength tyenol while I wait in the emergency to see a doctor
Brief Answer:
Take Tylenol and ibuprofen for relief!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this fall. I have reviewed this information fully and it is not suggestive of a major lemon such as a fracture. I think you suffered just a soft tissue injury. I will recommend a combination of tylenol an ibuprofen to address any pains and swelling. If this fails to suppress symptoms, only at that time will I request an X-ray for further evaluation and management.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
