Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain on both sides of ears in 7 years old child, is a very common complaint and likely due to some local ear pathology like infection or referred pain from throat and eustachian tube involvement which too is very common and easily manageable.

Ideally the child should be taken to a paediatrician, they will assess the throat , examine ear with otoscope, check temperature and sort out the possibility and extent of infection. After that , some advil and if need be antibiotics for the pain will be considered. No worries. It will easily manage.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
