Suggest Remedies For Pain Experienced In My Upper Left Thigh While Walking

Question : I experience pain in my upper left thigh (front) when walking. Not always, just occasionally, mostly on level ground. Lifting my leg to get into a car is somewhat painful as well. I play a lot of golf, so there is twisting and turning on the left leg, but I have never experienced this before. Any suggestions for home remedies or leg exercises?

You can do hot fomentation ,take some muscle relaxant and spinal flexion and extension , straight legs raising exercise will help in your case .
