Question : I have pain in my lower groin area when I walk. I also have with either explosive diarrhea or constipation. I also have pain across my stomach and right side.

the pain on the right side is like increasing pressure.

Your symptoms are nonspecific but may indicate certain colonic diseases and you should get done colonoscopy to rule out some lesions inside colon and abdominal CT scan to rule out any underlying diverticulitis.

Groin pain may be associated with colonic concerns or sign of an impending inguinal hernia.
