Question : my husband's penis is bent half way up He is having pain when erection. the is also a lump in the testical area And he is having lumps in his lower stomach left side

As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Your query isn't clear ab the duration of this bend in penis.
How long since this has been noticed ?
Erections occur naturally without sex also. Does it hurt him then ?
Lump in his testicular area needs to be clarified also.
Are they superficial and can be pulled up with the scrotal skin ?
Or is the entire testis enlarged.?
Is there any pain in the testis.
How long has he had this ?
Lump in the lower stomach area, will need an examination by a surgeon/ Urologist.
It will need some tests to know the type of lump like :
1. Blood routine,RBS,LFT,platelets,creatinine,HIV,HbsAg,and VDRL.
2. CECT (contrast CT ) abdomen.
3. X-ray chest-P.A view.
After seeing the reports, one can opine on further treatment.
