Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well, the sort of localization pain you are having may be comes from the trapezius muscle. It looks more of a mechanical one which gets exerted on activity and it rest may improve. But since it has been going on for so long we need to find you a solution.

I need to ask you a few queries before I can guide you further:

1. Is there pain in other muscles or joints as well?

2. DO you get good sleep in the night or is it disturbed with pain?

3. How do you feel in the mornings when you wake up?

4. What all medications have you tried.

5. Any ultrasound or MRI of that region?

DO let me know these queries before I can guide you further

Please find my response:

1. Is there pain in other muscles or joints as well?
[XXXXX] The pain/burning/pinching sensation appears to be in middle/lower scapula bone.

2. DO you get good sleep in the night or is it disturbed with pain?
[XXXXX] Till now it is not disturbing my sleep until and unless I have returned from long drive and it was very painful.

3. How do you feel in the mornings when you wake up?
[XXXX] I feel good when in rest. Only when I extend my hand/shoulder forward for long or I sit on floor or drive car/bike, it starts hurting.

4. What all medications have you tried.
[XXXX] I have not tried any medication for it yet.

5. Any ultrasound or MRI of that region?
[XXXX] No.

Sorry for the late reply

Well, Firstly since it has been going on for 3 years I would suggest you get a MRI done for the spine which will help localize the muscle tear/inflammation or if you can get a good radiologist to run an ultrasound, that would be helpful as well. It looks more of muscle/ligament tear which is not getting healed and gets worse at certain positions.

Meanwhile I would suggest, You can give a trial of Muscle relaxants for 3-5 days .You can try Mobizox at night and combiflam in the day. Along with it, get a massage done with Volini gel and use hot fermentation in the night.

Meanwhile you can get these scans done , if any surgical repair needed we would know

Hope the information was useful
