Brief Answer:
Take another Miralax dose, preferable a suppository and wait another 6 hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will recommend another dose of Miralax and further observation for 6 hours. Unless the pain become worse or you fail to pass stool with this time, I will not recommend an immediate visit for urgent care. In addition, drink much water.

If you fail to stool within 6 hours, I recommend an enema. If you can get that at home, great. If you can’t, then visit the closes hospital facility for added care.

Moving forward, prophylactic anti-constipation measures such as increased fruits, vegetable and fiber intake alongside increased regular exercise can be helpful. Persistence of constipation should warrant a standing prescription for stool softeners.

Hope I have answered your query.
