Have had this problem for about 5 years
No problem urinating no burning This pain is severe every time

I have reviewed these symptoms again and they are really strange. What the exact cause is is certainly not evident and I am not able to provide a definitive answer on this at this time. Have you been able to talk with a urologist on what could be going on with this? If not, I will suggest that you consider doing so.
How long does this pain last after ejaculation? I will really like to know what the final problem and solution to this problem is.
