Question : I have heartburn that is really painful,what can I take to relieve it?8

Hello,

You can take MYLANTA or PEPCID AC. You can take PRILOSEC OTC along with it.
You can take MYLANTA OR PEPCID AC two to three doses till the heart burn relieves.
Even if it does not relieve in an hour time we should think of other serious reasons like angina. In such a case rushing to ER would be good.
In any case I would recommend you to get an ECG done
