Question : My aunt is taking treament from past 2 yrs but no cure.
In between we learnt that she had TPHA postive which was treated and VRDL is negetive
Now doctor says she has palmoplantar psorasis since she has cuts in her feet severe itching and cant sleep with burning sensation

Palmoplantar psoriasis is better treated by thick emollient and greasy barrier creams

I understand that psoriasis in this area is bothersome than other areas
Urea and Salicylic acid help in removal of scales.

Topical steroids are used in severe cases. If the patient doesn't respond to even steroids, talk to your Dermatologist about Immunomodulators and Phytotherapy.

She can take cetrizine tablet 10mg at night to get temporary relief from itching.

But I heard this will not cure is it true
Doctor said there some injection which cost 1.5 lakh with which will cure within 1.5 month is it true

No injection will cure Psoriasis.

Doctor might be talking about Steroid or Biologics which can control the disease and prolong the remissions.

Stress is a major enemy here. So stress, overweight, alcohol, smoking, can aggravate the disease anytime.

Be away from them.
