 Possibly, there is pinched nerve in lower back.

Based on the description, there is a possibility of pinched nerve in the lower back (lumbar region).
As of now, you can start duloxetine capsules for pain relief.
However, if there is no improvement, an MRI of lumbar spine should be done to confirm the diagnosis.
