Question : During the working hour and night sleep, there remains back pain in body. I had tried to get the medicine from ortho and physician but the same is not cured. Finally they have instructed me contact the neurospecialist. Hence request you to kindly suggest the suitable medicine please as I am having the pain everytime.

Kindly find the pointwise reply as mentioned below :
1.Since last 1 to 1.5 year.
2. Yes there is leg pain several times.
3. BNo I do not feel any tingling or numbness in leg.
4. Yes the pain increase on walking and standing.
5. No there is no weakness by there remains pain in my leg.

Possibly, there is pinched nerve in lower back.

Based on the description, there is a possibility of pinched nerve in the lower back (lumbar region).

As of now, you can start duloxetine capsules for pain relief.

However, if there is no improvement, an MRI of lumbar spine should be done to confirm the diagnosis.
