Brief Answer:
Get an investigation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting the query,
As you are suffering from the loose stools for many weeks, over the counter medication and dietary management will not help you.
If i were your treating doctor i would suggest you to get the stool routine and culture done, Prescribe the antibiotics accordingly.
As the antibiotics are not available over the counter do consult the local physician as earlier as possible.

Take care.
