Question : I have had headache and pain around my stomach for 3 days - I don't know if it is stomach per se, no throw up, no loose stool. At a loss. Please help. Thank you also warm kind of clammy

1. There are various reasons for headache persisting for 3days now:
- viral infection
- migraine
- oscillations in blood pressure
- dehydration

I advice you to please measure your blood pressure(BP) and record the results for future reference.

2. With regards to stomach upset, it could be due to Gastroenteritis or gastritis.
Changes in diet is recommended together with taking antacids and Buscopan for the pain.
If no improvement, should consult with your doctor as might need further diagnostic tests.
