Hi,

I feel the information is short to give a formed opinion about this case.
How is the person doing? I mean mental skills. Is he able to walk around? Any shortness in breath or chest pain or cough? Does / Did he have temperature now or in the past week? On any medication? Previous history of heart disease or diabetes or high BP?

Ideally without this information I would first get an EKG done.
